Nursing Home Aide Pleads Guilty To Theft Of Patient

A nursing home aide pleaded guilty after being accused of theft of a patient. Initially the nursing aide pleaded not guilty, however, the patient set up a video camera in her room after noticing items were missing. Suspecting an employee, the patient caught the nursing aide stealing money from her purse. 

A total of $53 was taken when the camera was running, however, other items were missing prior. The nursing aide was charged with second degree burglary after pleading guilty to reduce the charges. For more, read the story
