A complaint has been filed regarding the abuse of a nursing home patient. A nursing home advocate has been watching the facility for some time, noting severe deficiencies in care. She stated, “I have filed numerous complaints and I kept a close eye on this facility knowing that it was constantly out of compliance.”
The patient’s daughter filed the complaint which caught the attention of police. A police lieutenant on the case remarked, “When you look at the photos, it’s heart wrenching.” The police investigation is currently underway. For more, read the story.
