A male nurse was arrested after allegations that he sexually assaulted a patient at the nursing home. A nursing home employee observed a patient being assaulted by a nurse in the early hours of the morning. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued.
The victim suffers from dementia and was unable to defend again the assaulter. A family member of another patient at the facility had this to say, “It hits me hard, I feel for that family,” said a woman whose mother lives at the facility. “If it happened to my mom, I’d be looking for him myself.” For more, read the story.
