A certified nursing assistant is facing charges for sexual assault against three nursing home residents, ages 59, 73, and 93. The judge assigned to hear the case said, all of the victims “were physically helpless and were at-risk adults.” The victims experienced the assaults when the nursing assistant was assigned to their care.
The nursing assistant was allowed to continue working after the first assault when the first accusation was deemed unfounded. However, after two more alleged victims came forward, the assistant was released from his duties. Arraignment court date is set for November 7 for charges of all three counts of sexual assault.
