Nursing Home Assistant Charged With Theft Of Patients

A former nursing assistant at a nursing home was formally charged with theft recently for stealing from patients. The theft involved tablets and a golden ring. The nursing assistant sold the patients’ possessions in a pawn shop after stealing them from the facility.

The worth of the stolen items totaled at least $700. A three-month investigation led to the arrest of the former nursing home employee. For more, read the story
