The family of a nursing home patient received backing from the state health department for installing a camera in their loved one's room. The state health department ruled for the family in favor of using the camera. A state ombudsman commented, “This [case] is hopeful because it sends a nice, powerful message to the public that it's OK to put a camera in a room.” For more, read the story.
