A nursing home chain located all over the United States has been taking advantage of the Medicare program. The main problem with the way they are running the facility involves unnecessary expenditures. These facilities have been putting residents in excessive physical treatments that are not appropriate for their needs, costing the United States government unnecessarily.
A former employee for the same facility is helping to stop the fraudulent activity. She worked for three different facilities in the same chain and was let go each time because of her complaints towards actions costing the Government millions of dollars in Medicare claims.
