Two lawsuits have been filed against the owners of a nursing home chain by patients at the same facility. The patients were allowed to suffer falls, fractures, pneumonia, pressure sores, sepsis, and ultimately death. The lawsuits allege that the staffing and management structure allowed the patients to receive poor quality care.
