A nursing home chain owner is under investigation by the FBI. His ownership extends to 1 in 14 nursing homes in the state where the facilities exists. Investigations have extended to individual nursing home facilities, where documents have been seized. Nursing home spokespersons say patients have not been directly affected by the investigations.
