Patients in the facility were not fed, toileted, or bathed. There were also patients who did not receive insulin shots as ordered and required for treatment.
The nursing home went through changes in administration that led to poor oversight of staffing. The facility had an interim traveling administrator for a period of time before hiring a local permanent employee.
