Nursing Home Cited For Health Violations

A nursing home was cited for health violations in the cafeteria. Violations included low temperatures for retaining milk and eggs, and failure to have a policy on vomit and fecal matter in the dining hall. The nursing home's score feel from 90 to 65 based on its last inspection. 

Dented cans and failure to exclude worker with Salmonella poisoning from the schedule were additional health violations cited. The facility is working toward a plan of correction. For more, read the story.
