A nursing home has been cited for multiple wheelchair incidents where patients either fell from their wheelchairs or rolled away in them. one incident involved a man in a van that flipped out and hit his head while riding in a van. The driver was pulling away from a stop sign.
Another incident involved a woman who fell out four times in two months. The third patient was in a wheel chair and was allowed to roll down a hill into the woods. The nursing home would not comment on the incidents. For more, read the story.
