Nursing Home Closes After Losing Certification

A nursing home is closing in one state after being decertified. The nursing home lost all but three of its patients after losing its certification, leaving it impossible to keep the doors open. The nursing home was in the process of changing management when it learned of the decertification. 

The decertification was a result of deficiencies in patient care. Each patient was removed from the facility before it closed. For more, read the story
