Nursing Home CNA Pleads Guilty In Court To Abuse Of Resident

A nursing home CNA has plead guilty in court to abusing an elderly resident at a nursing home. The aide was taking the resident to her room and twisted her arm behind her head. The resident suffered a fracture due to the movement.

The aide will face 30 days in jail and five years of probation for her crime.  The aide was just 36 years old.  For more, read the story.
