Nursing Home CNA Pleads Guilty To Grand Larceny

A certified nursing assistant working as an agency-assigned employee has been charged with a felony count of fourth-degree grand larceny. The CNA stole a nursing home resident's credit card where she was working and proceeded to charge items to the card along with another co-defendant. The two charged and withdrew cash in the amount of $5,229. 

The co-defendant pleaded guilty and will serve 5 years probation and 45 days in jail. She was also ordered to pay restitution. The CNA will face sentencing after also pleading guilty. For more, read the story.
