Nursing Home Employee Accused of Inappropriate Conduct with Patients

A care worker is accused of misconduct while working in a nursing home after he sexually assaulting a nursing home resident. The man allegedly told the resident she looked beautiful before he attempted to kiss her.

The man has a history of inappropriate conduct in care facilities dating back to 2007. In the past, he followed a patient around the nursing home making inappropriate comments.  He then said, “It’s just a bit of fun” and touched her leg.
