A nursing home employee accused of rape of two of his patients is being released on bail. However, he has specific conditions while he awaits trial. The conditions encompass his employment as he is not allowed to seek any type of home health care or personal care assistant in the interim time before trial.
He is accused of “twice sexually assaulting a disabled resident of a nursing home while working as a certified nursing assistant.” The judge specifically ordered that he not have any employment involving care giving to ensure the safety of any patient that had the potention to interact with the nursing home caregiver.
