Nursing Home Employee Caught On Camera

Surveillance cameras in nursing homes have been a debate for over a decade. However, the use of cameras has proven to aid in holding employees accountable for abuse, or in some cases avoiding abuse of a patient with the knowledge it will be caught on camera. A nursing home patient in one state was able to back up her story with surveillance. 

A nursing home employee was accused of assault by a patient. Surveillance video validated that the employee was in the patient's room when he should not have been aiding in case evidence. For more, read the story
