A third nursing home employee has been charged after two others have been charged and sentence in the death of a patient. The patient was wrongly administered time-release morphine. The family was not made aware of the medication error. The patient awoke unresponsive the next morning.
Nursing home workers in addition to the medication error failed to report the incident tried to falsify records to cover the incident. The two employees eatlier charg3d both pled guilty. For more, read the story.
