Police have charged a 34-year-old nursing home employee with snapping a towel in the face of a 93-year-old patient. Court records don’t currently list an attorney for the man who is charged with simple assault, terroristic threats, and neglecting to care for a dependent person.
According to police the man also tried to choke and punch the elderly patient at the facility on Feb. 7. Police say the man was charged after the issues were investigated. For more, read the story.
