Nursing Home Employee Charged With Abuse Of Patient

A nursing home employee has been charged with endangering the welfare of a physically disabled person, willful violation of health laws, physical abuse/neglect/mistreatment and first-degree falsifying business records. The attorney general's office instigated the investigation leading to the charges.

Police assisted the attorney general in making the arrest. The nursing home employee is being held in jail in lieu of $1,000 bail. For more, read the story.
