Nursing Home Employee Fired For Falsification Of Medical Records

A former nursing home employee was fired for providing false medical information. The nurse failed to give patients some of their necessary medications. Upon realization of his error, he called another nurse at the facility to throw the medications away.

He falsely reported in the medical records that he had given the patients their medications when he had not. By doing this the former nurse put the residents in jeopardy of being hurt or even dying. The man is now facing five felony counts and five misdemeanors. For more, read the story.
