A twenty eight year old nursing home employee is facing charges after she reportedly hit an elderly woman, who was in her care, with a hair brush. The incident occurred in March at a nursing home where the elderly woman was a resident. A co-worker, who witnessed the assault, called police.
After a month of investigating the allegations, police issued a warrant for the woman’s arrest on Monday. She is now being held in jail on $25,000 bond. For more, read the story.
