Nursing Home Employee Neglected Post-Tracheostomy Care, Resident Dies

One state’s department of health has recently confirmed the probability that neglect occurred in a nursing home facility late last year. There were also reports from the state’s department of health stating there was insufficient documentation regarding the proper training of that neglectful employee.
