A nursing home has been cited by state officials who
allege staff members snapped cell phone photos of residents, attached
songs with sexual lyrics and circulated them to other employees.
A citation issued against the nursing home stated that the home had not trained staffers that this behavior was a form of abuse. The nursing home issued a statement saying that it fired several employees after conducting an internal
