Nursing Home Employees Plead Guilty To Abuse Cover Up

Two additional nursing home staff members pleaded guilty related to a patient abuse cover up. The employees attempted to reduce charges by pleading guilty  on less counts. The abuse cover up involved a patient that was allowed to remain unsupervised while suffering from dementia.

During the time the patient was unsupervised, he sexually abused another patient. Another patient was involved in a serious medical error. Both patient incidents were covered up, but investigations revealed evidence of concealment. For more, read the story.
