One nursing home facility is receiving negative feedback due to several allegations ranging from carelessness to abuse. According to an article, staffing issues, medication errors, and protection from various types of abuse were listed as violations. The vice president for an elder rights group in this state reported that this specific facility had been investigated by his company fourteen times in one year.
