Nursing Home Fined $500,000 For “Substandard And Worthless” Services

A nursing home in Memphis, Tennessee, has been fined $500,000 by federal and state authorities for filing false claims to Medicare and Tenncare from 2012 to 2015, the Department of Justice said.
