A nursing home has been fined for multiple violations of quality care. The state health department has the facility under an investigation. The same nursing home was already fined previously for violations and the past year.
The loved one of a nursing home patient had to pull her father out of the facility after accusing the nursing home of sedating him. She claimed they were giving him more morphine then was prescribed.
