A family is struggling with the abusive footage of a caregiver with their loved one. The caregiver threatened to “break every bone” in the patient's body and physically forced her onto the bed after slapping her. Another caregiver was present at the time. The caregivers were charged with abuse and licenses suspended.
“When I looked at the footage I wasn’t expecting to see that. I cried out in horror. I had to stop watching. I couldn’t bear it,” said a member of the abused patient's family. For more, read the story.
