A nursing home has two lawsuits pending for the wrongful death of two patients. Both lawsuits were filed within month of each others with similar allegations. The first patient suffered from pressure ulcers, weight loss, malnutrition and dehydration. Due to his condition, the patient had limited mobility and required supervision and close monitoring.
The second patient also suffered from dehydration, weight loss and malnutrition. She suffered from pressure ulcers due to neglect of care as well. Both lawsuits allege the patients died due to the lack of care received at the nursing home facility where they resided. For more, read the story.
