A West Virginia woman is suing for poor quality care after alleging that she suffered abuse and neglect while under the care of nursing home staff. A lawsuit has been filed with the court through attorney representing the patient. She is seeking damages for all that she endured.
According to the complaint the patient “suffered from a fall resulting in injury and other problems at the nursing home facility resulting in physical injuries, mental anguish, physical pain and suffering and incurred medical treatment and expenses.” For more, read the story.
