One family of a nursing home patient has filed a lawsuit asking for more than $4 million in damages. Under the care of the nursing home and unable to move, the patient was allowed to fall when bed sheets were pulled out from under her. After the fall, the patient developed pressure wounds in multiple areas on her body.
