Nursing Home Lawsuit Holds Parent Company Accountable

The nursing home parent of a nursing home chain is now facing a lawsuit after staff at a nursing home were interviewed regarding staffing in their facility. The nursing home employees testified that the facility was understaffing the nursing home. This had a direct impact on patient care.

The attorney general is holding the parent company accountable for the staffing issues and lack of care at the facility. The lawsuit will hold the company accountable for any violations that have taken place in its nursing homes. For more, read the story
