A nursing home is being sued for a do not rescucitate order. The husband of a former nursing home patient says the order was forged. He believes she died under the order and should have been rescucitated at the time of her death.
She went to the nursing home after her colon cancer progressed. She eventually went into a coma and then died. Her husband is suing for $10 million. For more, read the story.
