A nursing home has settled a lawsuit without admitting fault. The nursing home was accused of poor quality care, allowing a patient to suffer UTIs, weight loss, dehydration, falls, and finally pneumonia which sent him to the hospital.
The family agreed to settle with the nursing home for an undisclosed amount. The settlement took place under the oversight of a judge, agreed upon by the family and nursing home administration. For more, read the story.
