The family of a deceased teacher is filing a lawsuit alleging the death of their loved one due to nursing home neglect. The nursing home administered drugs to the patient that can be fatal for patients with dementia. This patient suffered from dementia and after 59 days at the nursing home on the fatal medication, the patient died.
“We are filing this lawsuit with the hope of alerting other families to dangerous nursing facility treatment of people with dementia,” said the family. For more, read the story.
