Two nursing home patients at nursing homes owned by the same company have died from pressure ulcers. The pressure ulcers should have been treated with better care, or prevented according to the families of the patients. One of the patients developed pressure ulcers and died from overwhelming bone infection and pneumonia. He was just 64 years old.
The other patient died of injuries from his bedsore. He was 76 years old. For more, read the story.
