Nursing Home Neglect Leads To Patient Deaht

A lawsuit is pending against a nursing home and a hospital after a patient died from negligent care. The patient was allowed to fall and suffer a blow to the head during a therapy session at the nursing home. The patient was then transferred to the hospital and then sent back to the nursing home.

During this time, the patient's health deteriorated and she was sent to the hospital. The patient was found to have high levels of sodium and dehydration. The patient was transferred back to the nursing home and shortly after back to the hospital. The lawsuit finds both facilities liable for the patient's inadequate care leading to her death.
