Nursing Home Neglect Leads To Patient Fall

A nursing home patient was allowed to fall and sustain a femur fracture, requiring surgery. The patient required surgery for the fracture and was unable to recover from the injuries sustained. As a result, the patient’s health deteriorated over time. The patient died without fully recovering. 

The nursing home was negligent in care and did not allow the patient to receive proper care or prevention of a fall. The patient's family is filing a lawsuit on behalf of the patient for damages. For more, e ab.
