Nursing Home Owner Faces Trial For Charges Of Abuse, Eavesdropping and Conspiracy

A nursing home owner faces an upcoming trial for allegations made regarding the neglect and abuse of patients staying at his nursing home. One nursing home patients experienced a sexual assault, while another experienced a serious medication error. In addition to the patient neglect and abuse, charges involve eavesdropping on state investigators while interviewing other nursing home employees and conspiracy in the fifth degree.
