Nursing Home Patient Allowed To Beat Two Patients To Death

The family of a deceased patient is suing the nursing home for an incident that allowed a patient with dementia to attack and kill two patients. The dementia patient believed that the two female patients were conspiring against him to have him moved out of the home. The patients complained of his aggressiveness and violence. 

The nursing home was found in violation of the standard of care when “through a pattern of inaction and or inappropriate and insufficient action” it allowed the violent incidents that killed to patients to take place. For more, read the story
