A 75-year-old nursing home resident was witnessed sexually assaulting a 101-year-old woman. Police arrested him for the assault. The resident was charged with endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person, a felony, and misdemeanor forcible touching.
“I was so angry I wanted to go and beat him up for what he did to this poor, defenseless woman,” the staff member who reported witnessing it, wrote in a statement to the sheriff’s officers. For more, read the story.
