A federal lawsuit has been filed after allegations arose regarding a patient that died while in the care of a nursing home facility. The nursing home facility is alleged to have provided inadequate care to the patient who was found unresponsive and died the next day.
Records have been requested from the facility twice with none produced. The facility says it will respond, but has asked for more time to produce the records. For more, read the story.
