Nursing Home Patient Dies After Wandering

The family of a nursing home patient is suing a nursing home. The patient wandered from the facility and fell. She suffered a broken wrist and facial bones. The patient was later discovered to have a brain bleed. The patient died shortly after the fall. 

The family alleges that the nursing home was covering up the amount of time the patient was missing. A maintenance worker at the nursing home alerted the family to the fact the nursing home may be covering up details that led to the patient's death. For more, read the story
