Nursing Home Patient Dies Due To Heat

A 78-year-old nursing home patient has died after suffering from 90 degree heat while sitting outdoors for over 3 hours. The patient suffered from dementia and was sitting on the outdoor patio of the nursing home facility. The patient was found dead and sent to the hospital for evaluation. 

The state department is investigating the incident and says charges may still be pending. For more, read the story
