Nursing Home Patient Dies, Employees Plead Guilty To Felony Charges Associated

Two Nursing home employees have pleaded guilty to a felony charge of falsifying records. The employees logged bed checks for a patient during the time she was not present in the facility. The patient suffering from dementia wandered away in the night.  

She was found dead eight hours later. The temperatures reached 2 below zero that night. For more, read the story
