Nursing Home Patient Dies From Pressure Ulcers

A nursing home patient has died and the family is filing a lawsuit. The patient was allowed to develop pressure ulcers, which led to the patient's death. The pressure ulcers were not prevented or properly treated once they developed. 

The patient was not monitored closely enough allowing infection to also develop. The nursing home did not provide proper supervision or treatment for the patient to prevent the sores, infection and death. For more, read the story
