Nursing Home Patient Dies Of Septic Shock

A nursing home with a previously settled wrongful death lawsuit has another claim against it. The widow of a former nursing home patient has filed a lawsuit claiming negligence led to her husband's wrongful death. Over the course of a year and a half, her husband contracted scabies 7 times and suffered multiple urinary tract infections.  Right before his death, her husband was transported to the hospital and said to be in severe septic shock.

“He was perfectly fine and within a couple hours he was in full septic shock and my client was called and her husband never regained consciousness,” says the widow's attorney. She is helping thr family fight for justice for her late husband. For more, read the story
