A nursing home patient has filed a complaint against the nursing home facility where she was residing when she was allowed to fall. As a result of the fall, the patient suffered a cervical spine fracture and a laceration to her head. In the complaint the patient alleges that she experienced a lack of supervision that allowed her to fall.
The patient also failed to receive proper medical attention while residing at the facility. The damages sought in the lawsuit are in excess of $50,000. For more, read the story.
